Descrizione
This mod is the Hearthfire Version, and requires Hearthfire to play. If you do not use Hearthfire, please use the Standard Edition instead.

The Elder Scrolls Places is a mini-series of Lore Friendly mods, each adding locations seen in Skyrim in The Elder Scrolls Chapter I: Arena (set in 3E 399), into the modern day (4E 200) Skyrim setting over 200 years later.

Oakwood is a small hamlet in Falkreath hold on the road between Falkreath and Riverwood. The inhabitants of Oakwood survive by hunting in the surrounding forests and fishing on the shores of Lake Ilinalta where the village is situated, as well as trading with merchants, farmers, hunters or adventurers who often stop on the road to Falkreath.

---------
Features

- The picturesque village of Oakwood (from Elder Scrolls Chapter I: Arena).

- NPCs with full day and night AI routines.

- A fully functioning Inn, Innkeeper (and merchant), bard and customers.

- Lore friendly and consistent with the style and themes of the rest of the game.

- New NPCs have functioning AI relationships and have background, stories and secrets delivered through in game Journals.

- Applicable locations in Oakwood are fully integrated into Radiant Quests (such as Thieves Guild Jobs).

- Road signs for Oakwood integrated into the world of Tamriel where applicable.

- Compatible with Hearthfire and Dawnguard. Requires Hearthfire.
---------

---------
Patch 1.1

- Removed option of Bedlam jobs in this location, as they do not function correctly outside of Cities.

Hello! Are you recruiting any VAs?

When I entered this little town an hunter on a horse just flew through and disappeared into the horizon. Still I enjoyed my stay at the inn near the lake and the company of the only guard :steamhappy:

Great addition to Falkreath & Lakeview… the DB needs a nearby pub! Beautiful work. Couldn’t get enough info through journals to uncover many secrets, but bravo anyway because this kind of lore-friendly lake village is exactly what empty Skyrim needs. Thanks!

I had crashing just entering Oakwood. I installed TES5edit and had it do a quickclean on the mod, and now it works. Will update if I have more problems or other solutions.

Quite nice... I could handle finding a few more village mods to add in.

I would like to port this mod to Skyrim SE, unless you're planning on doing so. You will have full credit for it. OK with you?

upvoted. Nice immersive village especially if you've built Lakeview Manor. Thanks for sharing.:)
