Expanded Roster Norsca - Damned Nations submod

Description
This submod balances Decomposed's Expanded Roster - Norsca mod for Duke's Damned Nations Overhaul.

Note: Several units are not currently updated or enabled in campaign as there are similar units in DN.

Hero added:
Jarl (name changed to Thegn - Norsca only)

Units added:
Shield Maidens (Norsca & Skegi)
Valkyrie (Norsca only)
Frost Hydra (Norsca only - capped at 4)
Pitt Fighters (Norsca only)
Giant Ice Wolf (Norsca only)
