I waited a long, long time to post this, as other mods by the original author have been updated, but I just can't take it any longer. This is a great mod that deserves to live on. As always, my primary rule applies: if the original author requests it, I will remove this update.

Requires Harmony, Humanoid Alien Races

Adds ogre raiders to tribal and pirate factions. Occasionally you'll have them in your starting colonists. They eat a LOT, and are pretty restricted in their weapons and apparel. See original mod page for more detail.

Changes from original mod:

Added ogre pawn namer, hair and skin color via genes, half-ogre hybrids, mod compatibility

Ideology compatibility: Ogres can wear collar, body strap

Mod compatibility:
Pirates! Gold - Ogre pirate, can wear various pirate apparel
SOS2 - Ogres can wear EVA suits
Zalcore Rapid Response Team - Ogre Operative - rarely appears as a starting colonist
Other weapons/apparel from my other mods

Yes, shouldn't cause any issues. Check your stockpiles to allow any new items created. Adding things is usually safe; it's removal that gets tricky/dangerous.
