More Bars! (Arcana Compatibility Patch)

Description
Compatibility patch for the mod More Bars!, adding compatibility with Arcana. As this is a patch rather than a standalone reupload, it requires the original mod be subscribed.

A couple recipes already had their input ingredients be 1x, so those only have the output changed.

Too OP? I haven't made a 1-to-1 patch yet as that's not the version I use but I'll probably get to it Soon™.

I don't manage the FU patch, do not play with FU, and do not intend to, so that's out of my wheelhouse. If it works with the FU patch then cool but it's not really my business lol
