Adds an Empire faction, The Rimarian Empire.

Unneeded defs removed, 1.3/Ideology updates applied.

Original mod notes (1.2):

Civil war! The empire has been torn asunder! After the collapse of the empire, others started to question their High Stellarch's capability to rule and govern - that gave rise to an all out civil war where the separatists would then crown their own High Stellarch to lead them and restore the empire to its former glory by nearly any means necessary.

NOTE: This mod adds the new Rimarian Empire that seceded from the empire.

Warning: This mod requires "Royalty Empire Rework (Continued)" to work properly.

You could enable both, you could enable one, you could disable vanilla empire. The choice is yours!

Should I enable both of the separatist factions? Or should I do one + the vanilla empire?
Or do I just disable the vanilla empire altogether?
