I didn't play Human Revolution or Mankind Divided until recently. I don't know why they weren't on my radar back when they released but I surely missed out.

The graphics are really nice and a quite a step up from the previous game. The game runs very smoothly but I did run into a few crashes. I am not sure exactly why the occurred but they weren't like every time I played or anything. The game doesn't take kindly to being tabbed out of that much I do know. This could just be issues with my set up and not your experience over all. I recommend saving often. There is an auto save but I like to have multiple manual ones often too.

The game play was very satisfying. The abilities or augs as they call them felt like they add a lot to your game play and some out right create all new possibilities. This game makes a tactical approach fun because of the sheer amount of options at your disposal. On the fly weapon modifying is a great touch too. I didn't get bored with the game play loop on this one because I found myself mixing up my approaches to situations often.

The replay value is moderate. There are conversation scenarios where multiple outcomes can be reached. It doesn't just effect the end of the game but the game as a whole. I feel like the dev team did a great job implementing this into the game in a way that made it feel like it had consequence. There is also a new game plus mode when you complete the story. So if you didnt fully level the first run through you can on the 2nd. This also allows you to change the narrative choices you made and explore the different outcomes.

I recommend you give this one a shot. This improves greatly upon what Human Revolution did.

It is best to come at this game looking at it from its time frame. Back in the ps3 era. It fits right into that era from graphics to game structure itself.

The graphics are looking dated these days. That's because they are in fact. But as simple and low on the textures as most of them may be they are buttery smooth. I played without any overhaul mods or shaders to get the full back in its time effect.

The game play is a sign of its times as well. Nothing wrong with the main objective pepper in side missions formula. It is tried and true and it does often work. It lends itself just fine here for the most part. There are a few instances where the game pads out its longevity painfully by making you wait every time you step through a decontamination or id check point. It isn't like any of these tricks are new to anyone who has played games for the past 10 to 20 years. Overall I found the game play to be some decent fun. The abilities you unlock were good and the tactical approach to encounters made for some "I can't believe I pulled that off!" moments.

The story tugs at many political and moral strings. It isn't as cut and dry as it appears to be. That being said it hurts it in a way because it has you thinking you have it figured out early on. That had a way of making me care less about the story for a time because they made it feel kind of obvious. Hang in there tho because all is not what it seems.

Being as how I have neglected to play this series over the years for one reason or the other I decided to jump into it to see what all the fuss was about. I went in skeptical and walked away more so feeling like I missed out by not playing it sooner. To be honest in the first few hours I was on the fence if it would be worth my time but after a bit I felt myself wanting to see it through and eager to know the truth. I think given its undertones that's exactly what the game is intending to do from the get go. If you are a fan of shooters from the era or sci fi/cyberpunk games then give this one a try. The price point is good and there is around 16 to 20 hours to keep you busy. There are multiple endings and a new game plus feature as well. In a way this game feels like a sci fi themed Rainbow Six Vegas at times and that isn't a bad thing.

Very fun card game where you have to plan ahead and use strategy to meet the goals. Very nice Joker system with some deck building elements via powering up your cards, A great game to unwind with for sure.

If you're looking for a game with a lot of survival mechanics this ain't it chief. It does several other things very well. I enjoyed the story. It might not be the longest story in a game out there but I feel like it didn't over stay its welcome but also wasn't too short.

I liked the combat. I thought some of the gun play could have been better but it wasn't terrible or off putting. Melee combat felt impactful and satisfying. The game controls good. Like anything else the side missions get monotonous but thats par for the course these days. I did enjoy raising my reputation with camps.

I recommend you give this one a try if you are a fan of third person open world.
