Yes! The problem is humans!
Recently here in Florida they have been putting out warnings telling people not to bury themselves in beach sand mainly because it is contaminated with human and animal waste! People will bring their pets to the beach and let them do their business anywhere and complain if the authorities say anything!
We all pay the price for those who will not behave!
