@TribalSages yes of course, the CPU is between 0 - 4% usage and it's only using 4,70 GBs of RAM!

@TribalSage thanks man, I am using Malware Bytes and I used the -vgui switch to restore the old gui and it helps a LOT.

What it comes down to is you should uninstall 2 of the 3 programs. Bitdefender free is what I would recommend using as it's extremely simple to use and it's a very good AV at protecting your pc. If you do take my recommendation and use Bitdefender then you'll want to remove all 3 of the ones you have installed. Of course if this is the 3rd program you're currently running then you want to do a fresh reinstall of the program as Avast and CIS could have corrupted something it.

Malwarebytes free is also a good program, but you don't want to get the "active protection" so make sure you decline the free trail as it can conflict with Bitdefender. Malwarebytes will be a tool that you can do on demand scans with every now and then to see if anything got past Bitdefender. No AV is 100% effective at protection so that's why a tool like Malwarebytes is a great program to have as a second line of defense.

I saw a post about your RAM in a group and I wanted to help. You mentioned you have 3 types of antimalware running 24/7. I see you have Comodo and Avast running, those 2 alone could be causing the issue. With active protection you can't run more than 1 otherwise they can conflict with each other and cause a massive amount of problems. RAM usage like that is one of them, major stablity issues with programs, issues with their OS, the AV programs could be blocking different elements of each other just to name a few. CIS can be extremely complicated even for someone with experience it can be tricky. I'm not sure what the 3rd program is as it's not showing in the screenshot you took.
