nah listen to daddy asmr instead

For me I listen to mommy asmr every night and I’m kinda addicted. Whenever I don’t go to sleep with it I sleep terrible but when I listen to it I sleep great. Idk if it’s an addiction or not but it just feels so nice to feel like I’m loved and cared for and when I’m listening to it I don’t have intrusive suicidal thoughts. I don’t know if I should stop listening to it or not idk but what are your thoughts on mommy asmr?
