What a lovely 20 minutes journey!

Beneath a sky so vast and blue,
With clouds of white that gently grew,
An alpaca, soft, bright and cute,
Danced beneath the warm sunlight.

Around her stood the apple trees,
In shades of pink, red and green with ease,
Their fruits a sweet and tempting sight,
Falling off the trees to the foot-side.

On giant mushrooms, pink and round,
She bounced, with joy, on playful ground,
A fluffy soul with heart so pure,
Her happiness, forever sure.

And in her care, a tender task,
She carried chicks upon her back,
To where the mother hen did wait,
With loving wings to celebrate.

The wealthy play an entirely different game than the rest of us, at least in this game.

In real life, I would never pay real cash to level up gear stats in those pay-to-win MMORPGs with features of PVP and companies. It just doesn’t sound like a financially responsible idea. You are supposed to grind a grinding game, just like real life.

In this game, you receive $5m to spend on the pay-to-win MMORPGs, and experience what it feels like to become the Top Three of the server, win every PVP battle in the arena, and lead a company.

The mindset and strategy were changed completely – no more main quests and rare drops, simply spend your money and level up almost everything on Day 1.

The drops from bosses were no longer good, no more incentives to play once you are fully levelled up. The NPCs and PVE bosses soon become too easy. Imagine a level 100 character doing a level 20 quest.

And that’s a part of this game experience, to feel what is like to become overpowered.

It is now the other pay-to-win players turn into your worst nightmare – the ranking of weekly spending, the ranking of highest gear score. Now I understand why Forbes keep this Richest World's Billionaires List updated at all times.

For those who has everything, the ranking is the only thing that matters.

A classic example of how a bad monetization strategy can destroy the reputation of a well-made game.

Catan was first published in 1995 and the board game was sold for millions of copies around the world. So far, there are PC version, Nintendo version, PlayStation version, Xbox version, iOS version, Android version, etc. We all played it, and we all love it. It's addictive. A perfect product for monetization.

If you scan through people's negative comments here, majority of them were complaining about the price of tokens.

Any advice of how to price it strategically would literally help the devs team to earn tons of cash. It'll be a cash cow.

Quotes from Harry Browne - Everything you want in life has a price connected to it. There’s a price to pay if you want to make things better, a price to pay just for leaving things as they are, a price for everything.

I decided to keep my mouth zipped. I will not give out my brilliant money-making ideas to devs for free.

Last night, with zero knowledge in Humankind/Civilization series, I went into this game in the hope to learn everything from the beginning.

A little too much information was presented in front of me within the first five minutes. I was a bit overwhelmed and had my auto-explore soldiers wondering around for many turns till I finally decided to google how to place an outpost on the map.

Time flies in the blink of an eye.

Three hours into the game, my neighbor AIs were all doing better than I was. They actually tried to steal my outposts, twice!

Humankind's game ads was showing people gathering and partying on the moon. Sigh, I have not idea how many hours can achieve that with my current speed of progression.

Just right before AIs started to taking over my empire, I clicked Exit Game.

Instead of surrendering, on behalf of humankind, to AIs, I decided to go to bed.

It's already past midnight.

In the first hour of this game, you can level up to level 4, by helping some innocent villagers, just like other games.

They thanked you.
You got totally hammered while the villagers were all happily dancing and drinking.
The drinks knocked you out, and then the music and dance stopped.
A butcher came in and took your body. wth???

Yes, that's the game.
You helped those villagers, they want you died...so ungrateful.
From that moment on, killing officially became a righteous self-defense.

Blizzard's storytelling is really good.

Early Access Review
Stardew Valley and Valheim had a baby.

The kid went to the same pre-school as RimWorld and Terraria did.

You got to paint drawings in this game, and you’ll miss a ton of achievements without reading the guide.
Simple game, with a heart touching love story.

She shines.
She left.
He cares.
He stayed.

Before she paints, her daily routine is to play music, eat breakfast, write emails and sip coffee.
Before he paints, his daily routine is to feed her cat, water her plants, read her letters, write her back.

She went to chase her dream in NYC.
He was left behind.

Lessons learnt - sometimes you just have to let her go, or you’ll die alone in a small apartment with an old cat.

In the quietude of home, you ponder, you wonder, a graceful leap, a playful chase.

The ball hunt is your joy, and you're never coy, laying there, belly-up, content with glory.

P.s.Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur! Happy kitty, sleepy kitty, purr purr purr! (from The Big Bang Theory Sheldon's Soft Kitty song)

Downloaded it to see why it's so highly rated. It turns out that the game is just overrated.

The animation showing the main character run in a straight line from left to right, looks like a flipbook stick man.

Low pixel control menu and map, exhilarated yet childish conversations. This is just not a fun game, at all.

If you are into cat ladies and big boobs, this game is right in your alley.

The whole game lasts exactly 1 hour, which means it qualifies for a full refund. But at the same time, you received 100% achievements and feels bad to refund the $1. So you decided to keep it in your Steam library and probably will never open it again.

In this game, you get to:
- choose subtitle languages
- set boobs bouncy levels
- pet the main characters

Hopefully you can learn
- How to talk childish in Japanese
- How to draw adorable anime girls

Maybe one day, after a long day at work, you will get home and play the game again, imagining yourself sleep with seven cat ladies.
