Fix 1. Restart Your Computer.
Fix 2. Run Steam as Administrator.

Hi all!

IF anyone is reading this, I'm having all kinds of trouble with the Steam Client. Everytime I load it up it comes up with the FATAL ERROR, make sure you're connected to the internet. And of course I am. I've checked:
* Network settings
* App permissions (I've deactivated firewalls/started up as administrator)
* I've deleted and reinstalled the Steam .exe file COUNTLESS times.

I simply don't know what to do at this point? Any suggestions?
