Soup Dumpling Babi

Ingredients

Dough:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup warm water

Filling:
• ½ pound ground pork
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon sugar
• ¼ teaspoon white pepper
• 1 teaspoon grated ginger
• 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Soup Gelatin:
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 teaspoon gelatin

Instructions
1. Make Soup Gelatin:
• Heat chicken broth, dissolve gelatin, pour into a dish, and chill until solid. Then cut into small cubes.
2. Make Dough:
• Mix flour and warm water into a dough, knead until smooth, and rest for 30 minutes.
3. Make Filling:
• Mix all filling ingredients, then add chopped soup gelatin.
4. Shape Dumplings:
• Roll dough into small circles. Place filling in the center, pleat edges to seal.
5. Steam:
• Place dumplings in a steamer lined with parchment. Steam for 8–10 minutes.
6. Enjoy!
• Serve with black vinegar and ginger.
