Ich starte War Thunder, will cool fliegen. Starte Flugzeug. Flugzeug sagt "nein" und macht Looping am Boden. Explosion. Guter Start.

Dann Panzer. Panzer rollt. Sehr langsam. Ich drücke Gas – immer noch langsam. Plötzlich BOOM! Panzer kaputt. Weiß nicht, wer geschossen hat. Vielleicht Gott?

Neues Match. Diesmal im Flugzeug. Motor brummt laut, ich drück auf alle Knöpfe. Flugzeug geht runter, will nicht hoch. Landung auf Baum – Baum gewinnt.

Dann Kampf. Gegner fliegt vorbei, ich schieße. Treffe Himmel. Himmel macht nix. Gegner schießt zurück – mein Flugzeug jetzt Wolke aus Teilen.

Probier Panzer nochmal. Drücke Gas – rückwärts. Versehentlich Kameraden überfahren. Sorry, Frank. Frank schreibt böse Sachen im Chat.

Fazit:
Spiel sehr realistisch. Man fühlt sich wie echter Idiot im Krieg. Spaß 12/10. Verwirrung 20/10. Würde wieder abstürzen.

Dying Light 2 falls short on many fronts, especially when it comes to the story and gameplay. The expectations I had for the game were not met.

The parkour gameplay, which was one of the highlights of the first game, feels merely "okay" in Dying Light 2. It’s extremely "floaty," feels imprecise, and is overly animation-focused, effectively discarding physics. Compared to Dying Light 1, the parkour system is a huge downgrade – it lacks the freedom and fluidity that worked so well in the first game.

Combat in Dying Light 2 feels like you're punching into a sack of meat until it falls over. While there are mechanics like counters and special attacks, why bother when you can just beat enemies to death with your bare fists? Even with the addition of guns – added 1.5 years after release, at a time when I had already given up on the game – it doesn’t change the repetitive, boring feel. It’s clear that combat has been improved, but the game as a whole suffers from its lack of depth.

The advertised "your choice matters" feature is simply not true. In Dying Light 2, you have no real choices, and whatever you pick only minimally affects gameplay – like extra weapons or parkour options. The story remains unchanged no matter what you choose. The entire "choice-based" system feels like a marketing gimmick that doesn't deliver. Your decisions have no impact on the narrative, which stays exactly the same. It’s disappointing and robs the game of much of its promised depth.

For fans of Dying Light 1, it's particularly frustrating that Dying Light 2 doesn’t continue the story of the first game. It leaves the plot of the first game "open-ended" without offering further development. This might be fine for new players who haven't experienced the first game, but for long-time fans, it feels like a huge step backward.

Another annoying feature is the overwhelming number of collectibles. There are over 900 of them, and even though you don’t have to collect them all, it artificially extends the game’s length. It feels like the game is just trying to keep you busy with meaningless content, instead of offering something truly new and exciting. This is a clear sign of an unfinished game that’s trying to stretch its playtime without adding real value.

The developers wanted to make the game more accessible to a wider audience, which isn’t inherently bad. However, this has harmed the overall quality of the game. Dying Light 2 has lost its soul in the attempt to please everyone. The depth and complexity that fans of the first game loved are almost completely gone. The game feels like a compromise, which doesn’t truly satisfy anyone.

Dying Light 2 is a prime example of how you can drive a good series into the ground. The first few hours can still be enjoyable, especially when approaching the game fresh. But the more you play, the more it becomes a tedious, repetitive experience. After the 50th hour, the game feels more like a chore than an engaging experience. The few positives, like the graphics or the larger world, cannot outweigh the fundamental flaws in gameplay and story.

My recommendation? If you haven't played Dying Light 1, get that instead and enjoy a well-crafted and thought-out experience. Dying Light 2 is a disappointing sequel that doesn’t deliver what was expected. If you still plan to buy it, think twice – there are far better alternatives out there. Avoid it if you’re looking for real depth and meaningful choices in a game.

This game is just good. But the grind is pain. Buy the Standart edition and dont do the same mistake as me and dont buy the Starter edition. I want more daily tasks because it takes forever (3-5 days) if you want a specific execution or Hero.

Die Charaktere, das Equipment und das Gunfeeling ist vielseitig und grandios! Die fahrzeuge geben ebenfalls ein gefühl der mächtigkeit ohne overpowered zu sein.
Ich habe es gekauft als es im sale für 20€ war. Ich bereue es nicht. Ich bin dankbar dafür das ich dem Spiel eine Chance gegeben habe. Die Grafik, das gefühl durch den schlachtfeld zu rennen während alles um dich herum explodiert! Alles im spiel fühlt sich so an als ob ich einen film schauen würde. Alles ist so scenerisch dargestellt. Die Maps sind groß, gebelanced und schön. Die futuristischen gegenstände und die glänzende umgebung gibt einen das gefühl in der zukunft zu sein. Die freischaltbaren waffen, die waffen visiere, magazine, unterläufe usw. ES GIBT UNENDLICH! Mann wird nie mit dem spiel fertig was ich meiner meinung nach grandios finde. Ich hoffe ich konnte mit der empfehlung weiterhelfen. Gibt dem spiel eine oder bzw. eine zweite chance. Am release war dieses spiel zwar eine verbuggte scheiße aber nun bemerkt man garnichts von den Bugs. keine Bugs. Keine Hackers. Nur viel Spiel, spaß, freude und krieg.
