I remember when I first saw Half Life a loooong time ago when I was a kid, my dad was playing it, HECK he even introduced me into Valve games. Then I played it, and got a poster of Gordon and Alyx on my drawer, and was hella excited for the story to continue on and finish as it was intended. This... Never happened. This... the sheer disappointment I have been filled with was immense, immeasurable even. Other games too, like for example TF2 have gotten the same amount of neglect. You, Valve, made some of THE best video games ever to exist that have shaped a lot of the industry that we know it today. I haven't played TF2 at all before, I only installed it about a year ago, around this time I think, just to try it out, just to see what it is all about. As I said, I never knew about the gameplay myself, but I knew about the game from various entertainment sources, primarily YouTube videos, or SFM animations to be precise. The amount of quality you guys have always put into making your games is astounishing, but... As the example still stands... 20 YEARS LATER... Everything you make, no matter how great... Ends up being left unfinished. That's what I have noticed. Everything you make, you just half-ass it and leave it forever. You never finished Half Life franchise, one of THE MOST well thought out story of ALL TIME, I till this day love Half Life as a title, and forever will, the story is just too beautiful and great to be thrown away, and every time I think about it, it takes me back in time, when we all sat at Friday evening and play games like Minecraft or Gmod. Now... This all died out. Even your so famed product, Counter Strike "2", is beginning to rot away. The amount of horrible people who ruin the games for others and attempt to destroy them for the sake of their own amusement is unimaginable. It is pure evil. But as we all know... The devil... Always... Comes... For his own. You can turn off all your servers from Team Fortress 2. You will have your execution. We will have our freedom. Not that I care, I'm more coming from an example of Half Life, cuz that game is too dear to me, but this is getting pathetic. There are way better games made by way more passionate and enthusiastic individual developers anyway.
