So the three guys get measuring tape and take a picture and send it in to the Guinness World Records. Third guy says " you know what? I think I have the smallest penis in the world"
So the three guys get the measuring tape again take a picture and send it to the Guinness World Records. A few weeks later the guys are getting together again and got the results back.
