Because OoO lets the killer see you, in addition to letting you see the killer. Just because youre blind doesnt mean the perk stops working. Its still working, you just cant see the aura. "Whenever you are the Obsession, your Aura is automatically revealed to the Killer for 3 seconds every 30 seconds."

How does it affect the killer?

Because youre using a perk that affects the killer and now youre blind but the killer is not blind. 4K hours and that needs to be explained to you? Goof.
