This game is amazing. It's a bit hard to understand at first, but once you figure out what you're doing, the rest comes easily. It is very re-playable seeing as no two games are the same. The modding community is also very high quality. My favorite mods are Millennium Dawn which is a modern day mod, and essentially its own game, as well as Cold War: Iron Curtain. I suggest you get a feel for the base game before trying any mods like these because they add things like a money system. The DLCs in my opinion are worth it since they add so much to the game, and even the mods themselves. Overall, great game with great mods.
