I have just today realised I am not my normal self something is broken inside me so, I have decided to take a break form social media until I feel the time is right to come back.
No one is to blame I just want to got back to my normal self, for me and also have a nicer work environment so if anyone wants contact me in the future send me a text message, and if you don't have my phone number well that not my problem so that is that I'm afraid.
