Not a lot of people know this but I came up with the name PlayStation for Sony. I was called in to consult on it because of my vast experience and expertise. They wanted to call it the Sony GameDog, I said that’s wack. They said what about the Sony FunBucket, I said stop wasting my time. And then it just came to me - PlayStation. Because you play on it, and you’re mostly stationary while doing so. They loved it. The rest is history. They still haven’t paid me.
