Winter should be banned from coming in and sanctioned as it’s coming from north (Russia) !!! EU should include winter in 10-th sanctions package and deal firmly with winter! If winter still insists on spreading over EU /NATO territories that will means open act of war and NATO reserves the right to answer with military actions against winter
