Every time my friends beg me to play this, I can't stop thinking about how much better any other boomer shooter would be. This game isn't balanced at all (see: the machete), the grapple mechanic is just broken (spam grapple button for ez speed, grapples straight up not working at times), has many connection issues, and just feels very rough overall. It's a cool idea, just horrible execution. Yeah I know, it's early access, but if there's nothing redeeming about it right now, then what am I meant to be looking forward to?

This game is baller. I can shove cats up my shotgun.

Alright, review time.
This game feels like what happens when someone watches a video of a tactical shooter and says, "I can make that!". First, let's talk about graphics. It's not very atmospheric, the maps are very bright and the lighting is very bad. Also, it's optimized really poorly, BF1 and Insurgency look wayyy better and run better too! The weapons in general are just really boring, too. This is kinda minor, but the ground does this weird warping thing when you ADS.

Next, I'll talk about the gameplay. And before you say it, in their early access description it says, “Currently the game is at our first major milestone... a fully fleshed out first person shooter". THIS IS NOT FLESHED OUT! Most classes don't have sidearms, bipods don't seem to work, I don't believe I can equip different weapons in my loadouts (is this intentional?), vaulting feels janky (I can't vault things that seem vaultable), guns aren't fun to use, and I feel like I don't fully understand what my objective is when I play (I feel like some more objective markers would be nice). In other words, I feel like gameplay is just point and click before they do.

You know? Maybe I'm critiquing it hard because of the fact that Bluedrake and his community treat this like it's the second coming of Jesus, causing me to have high expectations. I understand a big part of this game is it's ease of modding, but they should have a good game to begin with and not rely on other people to make a good game for them. I really hope the game isn't going to be like this when sm3 is being developed on it, or it's going to be a big letdown (I feel that sm3 would best be developed as of now with making a new framework/engine/code designed with COD mechanics in mind, although that would take longer, I'd prefer it like that). I really hope the game will improve and be able to compete with other games, but it's going to take a lot of work.

This is honestly a pretty fun game, the gunplay is great, the tanks are great, and the maps are beautiful! If you like WW2 shooters, you should try it!

While their maximum temperature is likely too much for most, they are capable of controlling it, so they can set themselves to the perfect temperature for you. Along with that, they have a lot of fluff, making them undeniably incredibly soft to touch. But that's not all, they have a very respectable special defense stat of 110, which means that they are likely very calm and resistant to emotional damage. Because of this, if you have a bad day, you can vent to it while hugging it, and it won't mind. It can make itself even more endearing with moves like Charm and Baby Doll Eyes, ensuring that you never have a prolonged bout of depression ever again.

half life is a great game, if you haven't got it, get it, seriously, its worth it.
