Having recently played another LEGO game where I can play as a orphaned child, who discovers they have magical powers and are also coincidentally the chosen one, I felt right at home! Classic LEGO formula we all know and love.

Elden Ring is not an ordinary game, it is an experience. From the atmosphere to the challenging yet rewarding gameplay, it constantly envelops you in its world and provides depth through its lore; which whilst is there, it doesn't shove it down your throat.

With this being my first Souls game, I now understand the rage and adrenaline that comes from finally beating that one boss you've been stuck on, clearing that one dungeon or stumbling across a secret area/item. I'd recommend anyone experience this gem.

NOTE: The Seamless Co-op Mod really makes this game accessible to those who might not be able to tackle the challenge the game has to offer. Playing with friends transforms this game.

It Takes Two is a wonderful game. I played this with my Fiancée and we both thoroughly enjoyed all the content crammed into this game. Definitely a MUST PLAY for any gaming couple or anyone seeking a charming, intuitive co-op experience with their friend.

If you're aiming to get all the achievements, I'd personally recommend playing alongside a guide. Not only did this allow us to see everything the game offered, but we also had many laughs (and the odd few arguments!) simply enjoying the side content. With the magic this game offers, I don't think replaying it for the sole purpose of achievement hunting would provide any satisfaction; and that's an odd recommendation however I feel you'll understand it once you've played a few levels/areas.

Bought Cold War on sale exclusively to replay Zombies. Having originally played on the Xbox Series X, I adored the casual direction Zombies took in this game; though Black Ops 3 Zombies will forever be the GOAT. With around 201 hours played on Zombies alone, I 100% recommend Cold War if you want to chill; solo or with friends. Die Maschine & Forsaken are excellent maps for high-level, crazy and addicting gameplay (IMO).

Campaign is the usual action-packed story you'd expect. I don't have any intentions to play Multiplayer.

DO NOT BUY FULL PRICE. PLEASE WAIT FOR A SALE!

If you love Fallout as a franchise, you'll likely be happy with Fallout 76. This game is somewhat of a comfort game to me; especially once you start working towards a solid character build. That being said, Fallout 1st does massively echo throughout the whole experience. Ammo & Scrap are quite important and paying £12 per month for infinite storage for those items is an extremely appealing shortcut, and sometimes essential one, to many.

After time, you eventually see Fallout 76 as a glorified inventory management game. There are ways around the ever-present Fallout 1st once you learn what you 'really' need to succeed in Appalachia. I'd recommend Fallout 76 to those wanting a casual MMRPG experience or those who simply want more Fallout.

Dead Rising is an absolute gem from the Xbox 360 Era. Despite this game being 17 years old, it surprisingly still holds-up to this day. Graphically, the game has aged, however the core gameplay is still as challenging and engaging as it was in 2006; this is ofcourse excluding the frustrating survivor artificial 'intelligence'...if you know, you know!

With those small annoyances aside, Dead Rising is an easy recommendation for anyone craving their next zombie-led adventure or those looking for a solid single player game. I urge you to experience this game in its original form or through the upcoming Deluxe Remaster utilising the RE Engine.

The Skywalker Saga is the Star Wars game you knew you always wanted, you just never expected it to be a LEGO game! With a large selection of base characters, impressive graphics and that classic LEGO humour, the game is an easy purchase.

The 100% Journey is probably one of my favourites in any LEGO game and that is mostly attributed to the new engine, core gameplay mechanics and the love expressed for the franchise. In short, buy this game.

Maneater, at its core, is a very simple and repetitive game. What it lacks in variety, it certainly makes up for it with its fun factor. My time with Maneater was quite short, even with 100% completion, on both Steam and Xbox.

Personally, I really enjoyed my time with Maneater and saw it as a nice break from the other games I was playing. That being said, I would recommend grabbing the Apex Edition on a SALE.

Having bought and refunded this game twice, Jedi Survivor is FINALLY in a good enough place for me to actually play the game; with some caveats.

The game itself is a masterpiece, same as its predecessor, with fun and engaging combat backed by a moving and gripping story that seamlessly integrates itself into the Star Wars universe.

Now for the technicalities! The game still requires polish on PC but it is still very playable. You'll likely encounter some texture pop-in and the odd FPS drop. As the game doesn't provide an FPS Limit, I had to hard cap it though NVIDIA Control Panel; which worked wonders for my performance on high graphic settings. My main issue so far is my controller isn't being correctly detected by the EA App and 'fights' against my Steam preferences. Whilst I have found a workaround, this shouldn't be the case.

I'm very happy that my third time buying this game coincided with Patch 9; otherwise I would've lost hope...I'll happily be amending my original negative review, to a positive!
