On paper, this characters sounds like an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to fight. Which he is. Able to get Dragon Balls was 22S, able to power up his supers with 6S, an insta kill Level 3. He has multiple ways to make the opponent mad. This character might needs some nerfs but idk I'm bad at him.

wow very gaming would recommend. But fr, this game is very fun when you have friends and the right workshop items around, give it a try.
