What does this mean?

Am I banned from the Steam?
Not yet. But you should refrain from making comments like this in the future. Otherwise I will be forced to issue an additional -rep, which may put your SteamRep status in jeopardy.

I don't believe I deserved a -rep. Can you remove it?
Mistakes happen. But only in very rare circumstances will I undo a -rep. If you would like to issue an appeal, shoot me a PM explaining what I got wrong. I tend to respond
