Moreover, his communication skills left a lot to be desired. He struggled to articulate information clearly and failed to provide adequate explanations for the inquiries I had. It was apparent that he lacked the necessary product knowledge, leaving me feeling frustrated and underserved. A customer should feel confident in the expertise of the staff, and unfortunately, Dev fell short in this regard.

Furthermore, Dev's overall demeanour was unprofessional. He displayed a casual attitude that bordered on apathy, creating an unwelcoming environment for customers. A job in customer service demands a certain level of professionalism and attentiveness, qualities that he seemed to lack entirely.
