Insanely obvious that he uses wallhacks, prefires offposition corners, ad-ad peeking with 100% aim while moving. using multiple accounts to avoiding vac bans, having friends that protect him and cheat with him. violating steam and cs ToS.

How we can punish these cheaters?
1. report in game
2. report using steam - click on the 3 dots under level and select report profile
3. then select cheating in game CS
4. write as much as possible in the report log so valve has a higher chance of banning them
