Why changing the UI, was it that necessary?

Was absolutely alright and now its absolutely horrible, Crytek please fire the UI designer.
Takes 10 mins to get a hunter ready and absolutely no "intuition" of navigating in anything.

Playing this game for 4000 hours, thinking of stopping.
Horrible. Unplayable. Disgusting.

But nice work for all 200 console players, they probably feel awesome.
