reasons why you shouldn´t use flashlights:
u dont know the timing
u are destroying the flashlight saves of ur mates if u and the other mate blind the killer at the same time ( timing changes because 2x flashlight blind )
u are not hitting any saves and wasting ur time by missing the save, getting hit, or even worse getting downed
instead of trying to get some flashlight saves, do gens or do something useful, try to learn the timing and then try again
