Overall: 8/10 pre-phantom liberty. Love the combat, stories, and missions. Do wish there were more things to do post gigs, side jobs, etc (even though there are a decent amount to keep you busy). There are respawnable ncpd assaults and organized crimes which for the most part are pretty small imo and aren't much of a challenge after you get a good build going even on very hard (hopefully this will be fixed in some way or another when phantom liberty drops)
