Step 1.How to make a simple omelet with eggs and milk? Prepare the products. Take bigger eggs, preferably homemade, in the extreme case of CO. Such eggs are not only large, but, as a rule, have a brightly colored yolk, so the omelet will turn out a beautiful rich color. Milk is suitable for any fat content.

Step 2: Wash the eggs well. Gently beat the eggs in a bowl.

Step 3: Stir the eggs with a fork or whisk.

Step 4.Lightly salt the omelet mixture. I have regular sea salt, but it can also be salt with different additives. In addition to salt, you might as well add your other favorite herbs or seasonings: ground pepper, dried dill and garlic, paprika, hopely suneli. Or maybe you prefer a heartier omelet and add pieces of bacon, chicken, tomatoes, and bell peppers. Fresh herbs will also be quite appropriate. Wash and dry them first and chop them finely.

Step 5.Pour the milk into the egg mixture. It is not at all necessary to measure milliliters of milk. It is believed that for each egg in the omelette you should add the amount of milk that fits in half of an egg shell. So you may as well use the shells.

Step 6.Stir the omelet mixture until smooth.

Step 7.Grease the pan in which you are going to cook the omelet with oil. This can be any vegetable oil for frying, or melted butter. Take a frying pan with a heat-resistant coating. I have a cast-iron skillet - it's good for all kinds of dishes. Very good also ceramic coated cookware. Heat the frying pan well with oil.

Step 8.Pour the omelet mixture into the pan. Cook over low heat (omelet burns very quickly!) If omelet won't cook through in the middle, cover pan with lid. The omelet will be ready when there are no liquid spots left in the entire egg mixture.

Step 9: Serve the omelet hot. Bon appetit!
