Without the addition of a complete story, the completely wonky mechanics like extreme stagger that cause a death spiral in the first opening of the game, to the weak introductions of newer equipment that don't really change the meta of run faster from points A to B, negatively affect the game. Truth is this game isn't a passion project and has since been abandoned. There will be no updates, and there are better complete projects that are masterfully crafted like Frostpunk or Noita.

The developer has stopped major development. No major work done since the release. The game is dead and is not a work in progress.

They are preventing reviews of Odyssey because it is hot garbage. Playing 20 to fix this unplayable alpha is infuriating and you should not have to pay it. It's boring as sin. I hope you can return it if you purchased it already. FDev has always botched their releases and has added nothing beyond mediocre. It sucks it had to be this way, I have no idea what they are doing about development but their team cannot meet the promises of their marketing department.

Solid Game with a snappy feedback. You go around killing mobs until you die, reach the end, or ???? I like playing with my more experienced friends and they have my back even though I lag behind. I my only critique is that it is long. I only really bought this game to play with friends and don't play it often. But I can say I haven't officially shelfed the game because I keep coming back to it. Take this as you will, and I wanted to keep the review short.

It's dated. You know that, and I know that. So, bad AI is a thing and expect to get killed at the higher difficulties because your friend AI is constantly leeching off your bad and you cannot retreat. You could just cheese the campaign sections but its always the same infinitely spawning troopers (sometimes you can even see them just drop in front of you) holding all the choke points and your friendlies charging blinding to be killed. Multiplayer isn't a thing because of hackers. If you want to go on a nostalgia trip go ahead, but I seriously cannot recommend the game because the only good section is the Russian campaign. Consider that when you buy.

I just want some British love. British lines are dead and are not worth playing.

Edit: Worse now find a different game. Swedes and German insanity. Play this trash if you want to have a bad time.
