Best Vampire Survivor clone out there, even if you dont like Vtubers.
Incredibly simple and fun, and very easy to pick up.
Everything in the game is a reference to the Hololive Vtubers and their fandoms.
The retro style graphics and music add to the immersion, and combined with the leader boards make this game very repayable.
Game stages go from easy to dark souls hard, with certain upgrades making it near impossible to win the levels, this wide range gives players a range to test and play with new and different builds and characters, and when you beat said levels, you get a imense sense of accomplishment

Suisei based crit character

3 seasons in and game has under 4 digit active players, it speaks volumes when Halo Infinite has more players than this game.

TTK is near instant meaning you get sent to the respawn screen in milliseconds. Mini-map is literally useless. Leveling is very slow
Game is still poorly optimised and slow

Good: yes, Great: not really

The game is overall good, but there are a few things that hold it back.

The plot/story feels like a 2 season show that does on for 3 season, the plot feels like it drags on more that it should and overstays its welcome. The long plot does allow multiple developments to happen, but "anime" games that fit in this story focused J-game genre should generally keep it simple. The large cast makes it hard to develop each character's personalities, but, the side character stories do a good job picking up the lack of development from the main game plot.

Game play is fun, but it takes a lot of time to level up and unlock perks and skills that other games have part of their base level combat, however, this does make you feel like you're learning and gaining experience through combat making you a more effective soldier by the end of the game.

With certain exceptions, single player such as this game, i would recommend to use cheat engine and the game related table to slightly tweak the game mechanics, but do be careful as you can quickly and easily ruing your experience if you modify too many of the game systems.

Also, 100%-ing the game is pretty easy but takes time (can be sped run) and prior knowledge of the game achievements and maybe a guide for the harder ones

Muse Dash if it was made by Studio Trigger, and that's a big compliment, very creative and visually unique.
Music on point
Overall better than Muse Dash

I dont like rhythm games, but Muse Dash is very beginner friendly. It's worth the buy, especially if it's on sale.
ONLY buy the DLC if you really see yourself loving the game and playing it a lot. Otherwise the base game enough for rhythm casuals and newbies.
Also No Achievements, big sad

YOKO TARO is a mad genius and Keiichi Okabe and all the other composers who worked on the game deserve all the awards that this game received, and then some
