I would recommend this Final Fantasy!
Strengths are a great combat system, compelling world building and narrative, Main weakness for myself as a long time player of the series is less depth of traditional RPG mechanics than in previous entries.

Good combat and interesting world, I want to like this game! Unfortunately, have had terrible performance, uninteresting story, traveling feels like a chore, pawn AI has caused a lot of trouble, the list goes on. Cons have continued to out weigh the pros. Core of the games seems to have potential, but can’t recommend in its current state.

Great game. Good starting point for those new to the series.
