Ah, yes. Pay around the same amount for the dlc as the game is being sold during a sale. If you do, you get a cool 3D model with out of place characters photoshopped into it.

Edit: Turns out that artifacts are free, kinda. Which is even sadder. The only cool feature that came from this update was the whole culture rework, which is free. So without hyperbole, YOU ARE SPENDING 30 BUCKAROOS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Thank you Paradox.
