I have played plenty of Football Manager in the years. So far it seems like some cool new features. The new youth acadamy thing looks so cool, also the Head of youth development says in the begining of the season which kinda players that you will recive in March when you get your Youth players as an English club. Like fx. He says that I will get 1 very talented Goalkeeper, and some good wingers. And also that there´s a lack of fullbacks coming up. I really like that new feature. Other then that, it´s still the beta so still some mistakes. But so far I have only seen a few, and I´ve seen 1 ingame where Sokratis made an own goal for me, where he just shot it in he´s own goal :D Also the board have more things they want you to do this year. They have 4 years goals that you need to succes and stuff like that. If you´re a football fan, this is a must buy.
