DOMOWY BUDYŃ

SKŁADNIKI:
1/4 szklanki mąki ziemniaczanej
1/3 szklanki cukru
1 łyżka cukru wanilinowego
3 - 5 żółtka
500 ml mleka

PRZYGOTOWANIE:
-W rondelku umieścić mąkę ziemniaczaną, cukier, cukier wanilinowy i żółtka (3 lub 4 lub 5, ile mamy), wymieszać. Dodawać stopniowo mleko mieszając. Postawić na ogniu i mieszając co chwilę podgrzewać aż składniki się rozpuszczą i powstanie gładka masa.
-Cały czas podgrzewać aż masa będzie gęstym budyniem, na koniec zagotować. Podczas podgrzewania co chwilę zamieszać budyń rózgą aby nie zrobiły się grudki.
-Po zagotowaniu odstawić z ognia i wyłożyć do miseczek. Można podawać z owocami lub syropem owocowym.
