Hi, I'm Lauren from California, USA.

I love adventure games. My favorite games are story-rich, investigative, and walking sim adventures with gorgeous, awe-inspiring scenery and interesting characters. I strongly prefer aesthetically pleasing and detail-rich graphics, not so much cartoonish and/or pixelated stuff (although there are always exceptions). I occasionally play graphic text novels, but I'm very particular about these. The story has to be exceptionally good. "Scarlet Harlow" and "Heart of the Woods" were good graphic novels, IMO.

I especially enjoy interacting with characters and having good dialogue. The two "Morels: The Hunt" games were exceptions though. There was no dialog and no characters to interact with (except for the wildlife), but those games were hella fun. Above all, I prefer a good immersive story. Oh, and I particularly enjoy games with female protagonists. LGBT games are a plus when I can find them.
