We know that rough launches are almost a standard in the industry, but this one takes the cake.

First, thanks to all the past hype, bought the game very early in the morning, then patiently waited for download only to be greeted by a message in the login screen saying that I did not, in fact, buy the game. What???

Then, after little redditing, discovered from a mob of gamers that I have to go to their website to register first. Glory days were when you could just buy something and then use it, right?

Finally, to put the cherry on top, went to the PoE2 site and guess what? Probably due to so many of us having the same mediocre customer service problem, site is off.

To have server issues on launch is one thing, but this is a joke purely. Still better than Diablo 4 though :)

The cake is a lie.

Don't think about it too much. Just buy it.
100k+ overwhelmingly positive reviews cannot be entirely wrong.

Love the mystery and sense of exploration and survival that unfolds as the player keeps progressing. Highly recommended!
