Hello James, i saw your question about mods and this is the answer. Use that, and your mod problems will be history. Only downside, if this tells you any mod you currently have is outdated and should be removed, your city will stay broken and you will have to start over.

Hey man, Sunset Harbour broke some mods, your gunna have to go through and see which ones it broke, and see if any are still compat. I noticed this for a friend, and saw your comment, K thx bye
