What makes this game so good? Take a look, please:

1) Story -> The game is the perfect process of becoming a man.

As you probably know, it's the third game from the Muv Luv saga. The story looks generic: monsters, fights, some drama.... But it is not. It's not generic sci-fi story. Why? Because our protagonist is like you, me, our friends, families... He is real. We see the horrible world from a perspective we can sympathize with. We feel the horrible things in the same way as him. We feel the same as him.
The story is dark, full of blood, drama and surprising events taking place one after another. It's never dull or boring. It's like a movie. Prepare yourself, you won't sleep for many many nights ;))

2) Characters -> "I want to learn so many many things from you!"

Well written characters, with a few totally shining stars like Meiya, Marimo, Isumi. Thanks to good dialogs and voice acting it will be easy for you to immerse, synchronise with this world and events.
The characters will guide you and take care of you in this chaotic world. As a player, you will respect them, trust them, learn from them. you will probably grow along with the protagonist. Characters in this game are like crystals- every single one of them is unique and beautiful :))

3) Music -> Couldn't be better, seriously.

It's easy to describe- EPIC. It exactly suits the story. It is definitely what you would like to listen to while fighting in a giant mech with aliens. So... the "fighting" music still makes my blood flow faster and the "sad" music still makes me cry, even after weeks after my journey came to an end.

4) Feelings -> Phenomenal despair.

It is the first game in my life when I felt... devastated while playing... and more than one time. I was terrified. Not because it was scary but because it was so... sad. So... brutal. So.. realistic? It's definitely the story which resonates in human soul. I don't have word to describe how magnificent experience it was.
I felt like I was crushed, turned to nothing and.... born again- everything during my 80 hours first playtrought.


Please, play the game. If you want something more than "shootin' for nothin'", Muv Luv Alternative is something for you. But before that- play the previous 2 games. It's worth your time and money.
