This man (in his mid 30s with brown hair with a dyed pink pony tail) has been sat outside my house every Saturday with a rifle on his passenger seat for the past 3 years. He always looks through my windows and smiles at me. He keeps putting letters through my letter box saying that if i call the police his friends will get pizza. Please help me i don't want to leave my house.
