• almost no meaningful heist RNG, most heists play out exactly the same each time
  
• RNG doesn't reset after you restart the heist (even codes for safes)
  
• no offline mode whatsoever, when they shut down the servers (I give it 5 years max), you won't be able to play it at all
  
• stupid objectives (especially apparent in Big Bank and 99 Boxes), waiting around for pointless ♥♥♥♥ (one exception being First World Bank, which was outsourced to another studio XD)
  
• 1 year later the armor system still blows
  
• no preplanning, favors are randomly obtained
  
• guns feel worse than payday 2, the recoil is too low, replaced by bloom mechanics
  
• Overkill Weapons are way too OP, it takes 2 shots from the 50 Cal. to kill a bulldozer, and they require 0 skill to obtain
  
• the game feels way too easy on lower difficulties and frustrating on higher diffs (mostly because of the armor system)
  
• no cool skills like in PD2

The only good things are:

• the stealth system - everything but the removal of the concealment system feels ok in stealth
  
• the animations - there are now animations for when you interact with things, unlike PD2
  
• the music - each heist has it's unique and good sounding track
  
• built-in "Piece of ♥♥♥♥ drill" button

great game, not too long but replayable, even more than hotline 1. bought this for payday 2 items LMAO but i have fallen in love with it. my favorite thing about the game is murdering people with a baseball bat
