Why can't steam just delete an account. He so obviously hacks. Just delete the profile and you'll generate revenue from all the games he will have to buy back. Please just delete and ban this profile. Hacker across multiple game titles. ALL of which he would most likely buy again. Anything I can do to help please I will do whatever it takes so I can have some relation without hackers ruining what was once a great game to play.
