It's fishing with an animal crossing aesthetic but I don't have friends who play it so i play on public servers and get kicked sometimes because the host didn't set it to private.

It's not nostalgia, this game is actually good.

This is a post-apocalyptic fps with a quest-like structure to it's missions but it is not an rpg. The game has different difficulties to choose from such as easy, all the way up to that absurd name that games usually give to difficulties where you'll most likely die in 1 to 3 hits. One thing to note is that if you die, it reloads your last manual save, so you'll have to save often. It also autosaves but it has never loaded one of those for me after I died. I think this game will keep you occupied for a good while with it's content and I recommend also getting The Scorchers dlc which adds up to 2 hours of additional content, it's also cheap too so why not. The game also gives you the option to play with mods as one of it's launch options. Don't play with anti-aliasing or the fps will take a big hit. I don't know a way to fix this other than probably modding.

I have also played Rage 2, although not on pc but I think this one is better.

I think this is a new favourite side-scroller of mine. To say that it's like Sonic feels like a weak statement because it's more than that. For example, you have actual attack moves (Sonic doesn't), The bosses are engaging and fun to play because you can make use of the moves you have, the stages are nice to look at, the soundtrack is awesome, etc. I really have nothing bad to say about this game other than that 'final dreadnought' is my most hated stage.

If you're looking for a good side-scroller, i don't think you can go wrong here.

If you're playing this for the story, you'll have a good time. I feel that it is one of the game's strong points. Something that sucks however, is that from what I've seen, the pc version contains bugs/glitches that the console versions do not. For example, I haven't been able to complete the Riddler most wanted mission because there's a datapack in the Pioneer's bridge interior that disappears when it shouldn't. I even looked up a video on someone collecting it on the console version to confirm if it was a pc bug.

Other aspects such as the combat is pretty good, with the addition of the shock gloves that you unlock near the end. The game still pretty much plays like Arkham City and I think Origins was built off of it.

I would say don't shy away from this game because of it's somewhat broken state. The main story can still be completed without any game breaking bugs but I would suggest modding to make it a better experience.

Amazing game, even in solo. I've not played with other players but it's still a good time.

This is a survival horror game where you go to moons to collect scrap to sell to a company to meet a profit quota, if you don't it's game over. The game advises you to play co-op with other players and to use voice chat, although, you still have choice for if you want to play with others or not. It can be a little obvious that it's good to have other players with you because you can only carry 4 items at a time and big items will cause you to not pick up anything until you drop them. Since i have only played solo, I cannot say what the community for this game is like.

Each time you visit a moon, a seed is generated, so the map looks different every time. This game does not have an ending since it's just a "see how long you can survive" game so if you want a game that has an end, look elsewhere.
