No cheaters.. Lol.. Controller aim assist being so busted that most pros switched to controllers, strike packs on controllers being allowed, scripts being allowed on controllers.. Yup. No cheating.

Brilliant game. May even be more fun than Apex Legends which has been my favourite game for the past 2 years!

I haven't played a game this fun in a long time

This game is fantastic. Although I don't like to dwell on the negatives about the game, aka Crate Depression, Data Leaking, etc, if you go into the game as a new person and just PLAY the game, this all will not affect you or your gaming experience. I think the most you'll come across is when playing casual, you may find a bot or 2 -- but the situation with that seems to have gotten better under control.

I've played this game for a few years now on 2 different Steam Accounts, and I've never gotten bored of this game, and always found new things to do, like seasonal events, farming strange weapons, or being a friendly on a random server for fun. Even when some conflict earlier this year came into play about Team Fortress 2, my experience was never hindered.
This is a game which I really appreciate being there for me, as it was one of my first actual games I played from Valve, unless you count Garry's Mod, which is sort of a mish-mash of CS:GO, Half-Life, and TF2, and more of a sandbox experience.
I continue to play it on a weekly basis and have friends which I can enjoy it with, which boosts my experience when I'm with friends :)

Let's just start by saying that this is a fantastic, exhilarating, and brutal FPS. As someone who had not gotten into DOOM before this, I was a little concerned with what I would think, but I loved it. I'll break it down into a few categories: Gameplay, Story, and Aesthetic.

Gameplay: This game is so incredibly fluid. The controls make it easy to bounce around the battlefield and destroy demons every step of the way. It's easy to change between weapons, use equipment, and chain together attacks to wipe out the demon hordes. The bosses are challenging, the secrets are fun to find, and slayer gates provide a unique challenge with a promise of reward upon the completion of them all. The only downside that I found is how intense it can be. It's a game that I enjoyed playing for a couple of hours, taking a break, and coming back to, as opposed to grinding it all out in one take. That's just personal preference of a casual gamer though, your experience may differ. 9/10

Story: As I said, this was my first DOOM experience so I didn't know if I would be engaged, but I loved it. The amount of lore hidden around the world was amazing, and truly brought the player into the world of the Slayer. I know some people disliked the use of cut scenes in this game, but I thought they were a pleasant respite from the action and helped to flesh out the story, especially if you didn't feel like reading all of your Codex entries mid-game. The Fortress of Doom also made the character feel more real than I was expecting. 10/10

Aesthetic: Beautiful, brutal, grisly fun all around. Being able to see the damage done to individual demons is incredibly cool, and adds a pseudo-health bar that is so unique. the environments are massive and well thought out. I truly enjoyed looking at this game as I played it and took time to take in the scenery. Plus the music is so intense and perfect for the feel of the game. 10/10

Overall, this is a fantastic game, well worth the money, and has huge replay value as you try to collect everything, play with the cheat codes, and master the game. 9.5/10

♥♥♥♥♥♥ GAME

God of War isn't drastically different on PC when compared to the PS4 version that launched back in 2018, but its little improvements are definitely nice ones, making this a solid PC port overall. There isn't reason enough here to buy a second copy of the game if you've already played, necessarily, but the PC version is a great reason to check out God of War for the first time for anybody who hasn't had a chance to experience it. God of War remains an excellent, gorgeous, affecting action game, and with the port to PC, it gets a handful of nice, if somewhat minor, improvements

So, I'm a big fan of Tomb Raider games, especially the old style. I love this series so much, even Angel of Darkness too. I had to download some TR game and I've started to play Rise from 2015. I'm actually very impressed so far, though I'm always a fan of old games. There are TR games I still need to play: Underworld, the reboot and the newest one. Which Tomb Raider game is your favorite? I personally like the third one and Legend the best.
