Days Gone... this game is Good and Bad at the same time. Overall i would recommend it. I would Wait for a massive discount though. The beginning of the game is such a slog and takes a while to get the feel of the game and used to the weird dialogue. Controls are kinda weird or have the feeling of being heavy. I do like that the open world is not too big and easy to get around. Fighting the hordes was really fun and once you get far enough even on Survival mode II is a cake walk. Once you know the mechanics and get used to the clunky controls its fun. Its also hilarious seeing enemies flying in the air when you shoot them.

Performance wise I was surprised how well it ran being a unreal game. The game i feel is very optimized but i would get some visuals bugs here and there or terrain and objects not fully rendering. I saw very minimal stutter but nothing compared to Callisto Protocol. (i like Callisto Protocol btw). The main character eventually grows on you and you like him but every other character is very uninteresting.

This is a great Spider-Man game. I am biased as I love Spider-Man. The story is great and the game play feels fluid and responsive. Swinging around feels good and its just fun. I really like the story insomniac created here.

I really did not like the Mary Jane missions. There is also some performance issues. Some textures look like melted ice cream and its very distracting. Not sure why Nixxes has not fixed this at all. Just seem to be a overall texture streaming problem. I never had any game breaking bugs. I played the game at max settings with TAA as it just looked better to my eyes. I used DLSS 3 which looked fine and did not see any artifacts.

overall buy it and have fun being a friendly neighborhood Spider-Man.
