Ingredients
1 pound salmon fillets
1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1 large shallot, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons capers, drained
1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for drizzling
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Fresh ground black pepper
4 ounce block feta cheese (or 1 cup crumbles)
2 teaspoons dried oregano
3 tablespoons lemon juice
8 ounces penne pasta (or other short pasta)
Chopped fresh Italian parsley, for garnish (or fresh dill)

2 pkgs Chuka Men Chinese style noodles
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp Mirin
1 Tbsp curry powder
Aonori dried green seaweed optional

1l dashi (shop bought or see tip)
200g fresh silken tofu, or firm if you prefer, cut into 1cm cubes
2 tbsp white miso paste
3 tbsp red miso paste
spring onion, finely chopped, to serve
