The diet version of The Room sums it up nicely. A lot of fancy doodads and animations, but none of the connective tissue that brings it up to something special.

Nostalgia. Game is ass. It's platforming is uninteresting and it's USP gimmicks aren't executed that well. I regret not playing this during the 2 week period after purchase because this is instant refund tier.

Sweltering combination of Snake and Geometry Wars with an exceptional techno backing track.

The game is called La Sombra. It doesn't have any shadows.

For an 8 hour run time it really felt padded with too many simple and/or similar feeling puzzles. sometimes you;d be in a room with a 'new mechanic' but the solution is once again:
Place block on pad that open exit
Place block on pad that does thing (extends bridge)
Rewind block to pas that opens exit after crossing bridge

The game should have cut these to bring down the runtime or replaced them with more head scratchers. the game has them, the devs were capable, but not enough to make the run time feel worthwhile.

Overall: It's okay.
