Hello The Isle community, i have written a review of this game on June 2019 20th but i have decided to update it, so i made the conclusion to write another one on a totally different topic since "Evrima" came out. One year and 3 months ago to be exact, i did a review talking about the mechanics that were at that time in the game "Legacy/Old The Isle" i had around 900 hours at that time and still didn't really understand the "hitboxes" and how to properly fight, but that didn't matter to me, i was still enjoying the game at that time, after i got past 1300 hours i started getting slightly bored and wanted to train my fighting skills and stuff like that, in my opinion i improved a lot since then and just kept training till i got to 2000 hours. I didn't regret anything because i had fun and it gave me motivation to keep getting better and better.

December 21.2019

The trailer of Evrima came out "Hope." Like all the people that are part of The Isle community, i was on another level of exctiment when this trailer came out, after i have watched it multiple times and dedicated a lot of my time to see every single bit of the trailer and every single small detail, i thought this was it, the best dinosaur game ever was about to be right around the corner, boy was i wrong (Remember, this is my opinion, you can judge me all you want, everyone has their own opinions. )

Once again, i have dedicated more than a whole year trying to get as much information as possible and help other people keep up with what's happening with the update as hard as i could, because i had "Hope" and i trusted every single one of the devs, including Dondi. Long story short, i was looking into the The Isle Official Discord every single day to try and get as much information about Evrima as possible. Now we come back to the "Hope" trailer which you can find it yourself on youtube and watch it, after i watched that trailer, i needed nothing else, i was happy and i got the patience that i needed, it gave me hope for the up-coming "Huge update/re-make" .

All i have to say, it was a whole dissapointment, i'm not even lying when i say this, when it was announced that it's out, i had tears, because of the exctiment and memories that i had and all the beautiful moments that i participated in through out the 2000 hours that i played this game.
I launched Evrima, it had a lot of bugs and glitches and all that stuff on the first day, but i wasn't surpised, so many people playing at once and so many servers crashing and all that, i was fine with it, i waited. after 2 days, i joined again, everything seemed fine then, i was never this dissapointed in waiting for something like this, the only reason i was very dissapointed, is because they gave us amazing, beautiful stuff in the news/announcments, streams, videos, the trailer itself, and then what? 2 Dinos and not even the whole map? After that long? I Get it, it's a small team, yes, i get it, they are busy doing other stuff, but don't show us something that's 20x better than the actual update itself.

Listen, for all of you, maybe this will change and the game will turn out to be amazing again as it was back in the day, but till then, we'll just have to wait.
What i wanted to let everyone know, is, this game called "The Isle" changed my life. I wanted to get it since it launched since i first saw it on TheGamingBeaver's channel, i grew up liking dinosaurs and i always wanted a dinosaur survival game just like The Isle.
Thank You for everyone that has played with me, thank you for your game the isle devs, thank you for everything, you changed my life in a very good way and this game helped me go through one of the hardest times of my life.
