A Timeless Classic and its still enjoyable to this day to play with friends and mod the hell out of your game.

As of 2024, there has been a lot of DDOS attacks lately, with modded servers, and even high ping issues if there is any. Chances are, you will get a modded server if there is a lot of game matches in one map.

Perhaps one of my most favorite From Software game up to date! Bought the game on release and the world of Lands Between? This was one of the trailers that broke the internet before its release, and they delivered it well on release. This game is a must have in your library if you are new to the Souls Franchise or even a Veteran for that matter! Give this game a try! You'll love it!

♦ ~ Worldbuilding and Exploration ~ ♦
Yeah, the world building since the Dark Souls Trilogy got a lot bigger now in this game! The Lands Between, 8 new area and each of them have their own unique and awe inspiring architecture and looks! (Except for Caelid) Each of these areas hold new places what we call, dungeons as a side hustle to explore, exploring the vast depths, getting new weapons and talismans to make your journey much more forgiving.

Alas, make sure to take breaks once in a while too because this huge world will leave you burnt out, this game can take up to at least 70 Hours if you know what you're doing. But beating the game and exploring 100% of Lands Between can take up to 200+ Hours. So this game is really, really, long.

♦ ~ Game Mechanics and Gameplay ~ ♦
New weapon and new attack animations were added to some of the weapon and the performance with each weapon classes are much more better and reliable. Powerstancing in Dark Souls 2 now has made its return in Elden Ring with new move sets and variety! Ashes of War are introduced and you can even swap them with weapons that can be infused with Ashes of War, giving players more options and builds they can try out! New Spells and and Faith, also known as Incantations are also introduced and this time, classification types of spells. Arcane has made their introduction as you can grant access to Dragon Spells, and buff, Bleed, and Poison Proc!

♦ ~ Bosses ~ ♦
When I say there are a lot of bosses, I mean there are a lot! Every dungeon holds a mini boss you can fight to earn items you can use in game or simply, materials! If I can recall, there are at least, 30-40 unique bosses in Elden Ring overall. What can I say when From Software makes bosses! They make them extremely challenging and unforgiving but also something that is not bias or unfair to the players. So keep trying! You'll beat it!

♦ ~ Issues ~ ♦
Here when it comes with the issues now. Let's start of with the online connections and latency. It is really bad, and how the online functions in the Lands Between is much worse compared to Dark Souls series in general. Now you have to summons players from a Statue of Marika. Yes, there is a whole bunch of them scattered across Lands Between and every dungeon and boss has one. The worst part is, YOU NEED TO ACTIVATE THEM! Connecting to other players which is known, as the 2 minute Disconnect or something like that. This was a huge issue in the Elden Ring during its release, and we don't know if its been resolved. Also late hits when playing in PVE and PVP too which can be really annoying on player's ends or even yours.

Now for the PVP, I have a lot to talk about but really, its poorly unbalanced, and this goes the same for PVE as well, ruining people's experience with one shot builds, not giving the host a good experience when fighting bosses or people getting carried in the game. In PVP, it was a hellhole, and I been through that hole long enough. Pre-Patch Rivers of Blood, Sword of Night and Flame. PS Double Damage? Infinite HP helmet swap with a certain helmet piece? How about this one, the most broken one! Fire's Deadly Sin Buffs!

Yep you guessed it, all of them are patched. But it was a broken mess and it was a horrible experience on both ends. Even today as of Patch 1.09, its still a broken mess. How players join each other is a just a very stressful experience. Which now in turn, everyone is modding, griefing with CE, and having a huge advantage over the players. This was back then in Dark Souls and everyone now normalized it. People are leaning in to the Seamless COOP Mod which gives of a way better experience with your friends as you traverse the Lands Between without returning to your world, even if you killed a boss.

♦ ~ Final Words ~ ♦
Is this game fun to play? Definitely! is this game worth your money? Yes it is. When I address the issues, its because I am a Veteran souls players, and usually casual will not understand much when I speak about this issues. Some will say the same thing when you speak to a player who played the souls franchise long enough to speak about their opinions.

At the end of they day, I highly recommend playing it.

You played the original Resident Evil 4? Well you're in for a big surprise of a remake! Everything, the game's atmosphere is one of the most inspiring remakes out there! Actually not if the best remakes I've seen. Keeping the original's world layout and rehauling each path so that it looks the same but you're treading off a different one compared to the original. The uniqueness, new enemies, and so much action into this game that just gets so much better as you progress through the game. My god I couldn't stop playing it. THIS IS A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ANY RE FANS OUT THERE!!!

♦ ~ Game Mechanics and Gameplay ~ ♦
As always you start off groups of ganados in the village fight and yes, one of the most scariest enemies that I hate the most to this day, Dr. Salvador, or Chainsaw Man. They begin to implement new mechanics into this game, resources and gunpowder. Having the necessary resources and gunpowder allows you to craft ammo. Certain resources (L) can give you more options as well to craft something that you need. New weapons such as reworked Bolt Thrower, LE5, CQBR (Including Sentinel Nine and Skull Shaker from the Deluxe Edition) will help you traverse through the game as well. Magnums, I don't see any use to it at all still unless you are crafting Magnum Ammo. As Handguns, Shotguns, and Rifle are still a classic setup and and are a necessity unless you are doing a No Merchant Run.

Moving on to Gameplay, using Melee, parrying has also become a new defense tool that will help you prevent from taking damage. Keeping your Knife durability in check is one of the most important tool in the game. Without it, you will need to break free or certain enemies will kill you one hit such as Dr. Salvador, Iron Maiden, and much more enemies. The first thing you should upgrade is Knife Durability for a better chance of survival. As for melee kicks after staggering, its one of the important tools to conserve your ammo.

♦ ~ Bosses and Difficulty ~ ♦
There should be at least 11 bosses in the game. Some other enemies are considered Mini Bosses such as Dr. Salvador, and Garrador. The kept all the bosses from the original game but one was removed which was the U-3 fight. I believe they will add it in the Seperate Ways DLC soon to come. Certain bosses like the Krauser fight was proved to be challenging but in the end, I fought all of the bosses with ease. One reworked boss was Salazar boss fight. Completely fresh and new experience compared to the original boss fight. As for the difficulty, ammo consumption and conserving them is the hardest part of this game.

♦ ~ Final Words ~ ♦
This game is a must have in your library. They nailed this one with the remake. Definitely give it a go and perhaps buy the Deluxe Edition if you can so you can get more drip with the costumes as well as getting two new guns on your storage!

This Battlefield on 2023, this is not the review of the overall game. Play the game on community servers. DICE servers are full of cheaters now this year. The battlefield you knew is dead. If you want to play bf1, go play on playstation or another platform other than PC.

The 3rd game of the trilogy series of Dark Souls. More fast paced, action packed, playing as the Ashen One fighting ungodly enemies and bosses as you pave your way to seek the 4 Lords of Cinders and set them on their rightful place. If you are a seasoned veteran like me and played Dark souls 1 and 2, this is no different. You know the difficulty it poses and you need to die, over and over again until you reign supreme or fight the boss you have been stuck with for so long. Finding and upgrading weapons along the way and leveling up to give you a fighting chance rewards you well with the relief and victory upon your hands as you finish the game yourself. This is one of those game that is challenging but the game is immersive, challenging, but also bringing in the action and awe you come across.

♦ ~ Bosses ~ ♦
There are 25 Bosses in this game overall with the DLC (19 bosses on Vanilla + 6 Bosses on 2 DLC) and each boss holds their uniqueness. There are 4 main bosses you must find before fighting your way to the final boss, Soul of Cinder. My personal favorite boss, is Darkeater Midir because of the OST, and the aggressiveness. Slave Knight Gael and Lothric will be my other 2. Each of these bosses hold their own challenges and you must adapt to their playstyle and eventually, you will beat them. That's how Dark Souls Bosses are defined. A few bosses struck my eyes and they were fun to fight. However other bosses like Curse-Rotted Greatwood and other bosses really didn't satisfy me as they were pretty simple to fight but I am not very strict on what I really like. Nevertheless this is a HUGE IMPROVEMENT on the previous games of Dark Souls 1 and 2.

♦ ~ Cooperative play (2018 -2020 The Golden Age of Dark Souls 3) ~ ♦
If you been around long enough like me around those year you would know that the coop, PVE and PVP were booming. Almost 10-15k players were playing everyday after the launch of The Ringed City. No doubt I enjoyed every single moment in those times. The summon signs were all over the place in the Inner Wall bonfire and waiting to be summoned. I love that day, It was so good. Gankers used to show etiquette and respect to invaders, well during those days. Summoning your boys to fight a challenging boss? Yeah it was a damn good game if you played online with others.

♦ ~ What now? In 2022-2023 ~ ♦
After the Elden Ring release, the game slowly fades away over time. Invaders, Phantoms alike are gone now. Barely anyone plays this game. Cheater rampant around Pontiff and giving you invalid items. When the servers shut down in March 2022, it was almost the end of the online because of an exploit that will hijack your computer and information. Servers were back online in October 2023 but now the Anor Londo and Lothric city lies vacant, no invaders at all. No random coop to play with other than your friends, if you have any that plays this game.

♦ ~ Final Words, Is It Worth It? ~ ♦
To some degree yes it is now an old game of 2016 but this game still hold on to itself and the gameplay, average level design, and mechanics are still great to this day! Make sure to play the souls series on your own, especially Dark Souls Remastered and 3. The game is definitely worth to try but in some sense you may be playing offline for now.

If you're reading this, whatever you do, do not play online on after killing Pontiff Sulyvahn Bonfire. Those invaders will show you no mercy, show you disrespect in every way possible. Trust no invader in that place, even if they're nice, including me. After you kill Aldrich, you can turn your online back on or simply, do not use the Embers. I want to save you the time and experience so others don't have to ruin it for you. If they drop an item, NEVER PICK IT UP, chances are its a hacked item.

I wish you luck on playing Dark souls 3 and have fun!

Please, for the love of god. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME.

As an average player myself that can rack up at least a couple of kills. They will fill you with Level 200+ people in this damn lobby. I am not joking. You can rack up with 20+ kills in the first game and the next time you get into the lobby, you are fighting low life sweatlords with gold weapons up their asses.

The SBMM is what killed this game, literally. The movement system is so damn slow compared to the MW1, which encourages players to camp a lot of the time. This game is NOT for Average and Casual players even though they were trying to be. Like I said before it doesn't cater to casuals because of the SBMM.

Going to refund this game. If you're reading this, don't buy it. You will not enjoy yourself on this game.

Best 2D metroidvania ever made. Period. This even beats Castlevania SOTN by a long shot on Art Direction, Gameplay, Atmostphere, and Bosses! This game here is a must play! Any metroidvania game you recommend? Well this is a first to go on the list. Crazy that even the mods on this game are so top notch to play.

You have to play it, seriously. Buy it and play it now.

This is one of those remakes that deserves a huge applause. I have never played the original Dead Space (2008) but I have gotten this game since release (Digital Deluxe Edition). Today I have played 9 hour straight into this game and I had an amazing experience through all the 12 chapters. The horror aspect just keeps your head on the swivel at all times and that defines survival horror games. This game even made my body flinch at certain times, even when I had good armor suits and equipment on during my first run. This is what a remake should be! I cannot say that it stayed true to the original since I never played the old Dead Space (2008) but what I can say is that this game is on par with RE2 Remake, even better it seems.

♦ ~ Game Mechanics and Gameplay ~ ♦
You start off with the Plasma Cutter, one of the most powerful weapons in the game and is a must have. You will soon get other weapons such as the Pulse Gun you come across easily. Other weapons you have to find it in your own such as the Line Cutter. Backtracking in this game is phenomenal! It makes you take notes on what security clearance door you need to remember. Perhaps there is something useful behind the closed doors. Backtracking has become vacant in most modern games unlike the old games! Dead Space however just does it correctly! They reward you well for backtracking through certain places and guess what? There are enemies there too and it doesn't make you feel like its just empty after you went through the path once. The stasis however, I didn't use it as much in medium difficulty because it wasn't needed as much other than the brutes, and obstacles that require you to use it. Maybe in Hard and Impossible mode, they will prove to be more useful.

♦ ~ Bosses ~ ♦
There are 3 major bosses in the game, Leviathan 1, Leviathan 2, and Hive Mind. Not sure if Hunter is considered a major boss, I see them as mini bosses. Most of them are straightforward. I would say Hive Mind is a hassle to beat, not because of the move sets they do, its hitting the weak point which in turn Pulse Rifle and Contact Beam is a must have into this fight to make things easier in the first phase. No Line Gun Kinetic trick doesn't work because the boss is too far and the Line Cutter's special ability range is short. I did however enjoyed the Leviathan 2 boss fight, just using the ADS Cannon and floating around. Overall the bosses were alright.

♦ ~ Final Words ~ ♦
This game is a must have in your library, one of the best remakes out there alongside RE2 Remake. This game captures the horror, action, and the graphics? Wow they made one of the biggest improvements right there. It makes you feel uncomfortable, don't know what is lurking inside the vents, who knows if a necromorph is going to pop in front of you. Lights go out and it's so dark that you have to hold the aim button to get some light as if you need to be ready at all times. For that, they nailed the atmosphere well. Never in my time that I would start flinching repeatedly. For now the price can be high but this game is worth it.
